Leader's week
Yurekli has been providing new perspectives in the business world for the past 11 years through training programs and unusual projects on management and leadership, and developed the Leaders' Week program specifically for the Turkish business sector. The first Leaders' Week was realized in 2005 and met with widespread acclaim, after which Yurekli continued its collaboration with Maynard Leigh Associates, a training company that creates a difference throughout Europe with its distinct approach, in 2006.
The program consists of three separate workshops, and aims to enhance participants' leadership skills so that they can draw out higher performance from their teams and become leaders that impress audiences with their presentations, get others to follow them and inspire enthusiasm in business.
We believe that people learn by doing, and that the learning process needs to be as entertaining as it is informative. The workshops are built around current examples and problems from the European and Turkish business world, and their interactive format provides participants an unforgettable leadership experience.

In the dynamic atmosphere of the business world, how can you get superior performance from your employees? This requires flexibility, creativity, and many other personality traits. The program shows participants which qualities are necessary to this end, and is based on how they implement what they learned to real life situations. It thus becomes a "learning by doing" experience where participants share their outcomes with one another during the workshop, rather than a theoretical program that explains the requirements of becoming a leader.
